We have asked the gorgeous Swedish cook Siri Barje for a healthy option to help satisfy any cravings! Siri has given us her own recipe for some dreamy chocolate energy bars and they look unbeatable.
12 Fresh Dates
1 Cup Almonds
1 Cup Unsalted Cashew Nuts
1 Cup Coconut
2 tsp Vanilla Powder
0,75 Cup Kakao 0,5 Cup of Coffee
1 Cup Rye Flakes
1 Cup Coconut Flakes
Pinch of Sea Salt
Remove the stones the dates before mixing all the ingredients together until you have a smooth and combined paste. Either pour the paste into a small dish and press down until it is compact. Finally, top them off with the coconut flakes and sea salt. Let it cool in the fridge for at least 20 minutes. Then these bad boys are ready to be cut and served!!
